Arrived well packaged with no damage. Plugged it in with a fresh ice cube tray. Checked on it about an hour later and there was already a skim of ice. Next morning frozen solid. We have a double door fridge with a freezer that pulls out from the bottom. We needed to have something to allow for some extra storage without taking over space in our home. I also wanted one that opened from the front and not the top. My thought was that food would be more easily accessible with this set up but maybe that's just personal preference. There are two shelves and a basket that pulls out and though it's no bigger than a fridge you would have in your office or dorm room, it holds a lot of food. I've had this for about 2 months now and couldn't be happier. If I had one complaint I'd say that I wish it had shelves on the door but that's a minor complaint. The 3.0 cubic feet of space it offers fits my needs very well. As a side note, the first one arrived with some damage, but it still worked. After contacting Amazon, the representative convinced me to replace it. Within two days UPS dropped off the replacement and picked up the damaged freezer. It is because of this type of customer service that I will remain a loyal Amazon customer. |
